Evelyn obtained her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, and she also holds an equivalent to a Juris Doctor degree in Brazil. Evelyn is admitted to practice throughout the State of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Prior to joining Osorio Internacional, Evelyn served as a State Attorney. As State’s Attorney, she represented the people of the State of Florida in multiple cases and was responsible for ensuring compliance with Florida and federal laws.
