Raúl A. Reichard
Mr. Reichard focuses his practice in international commercial litigation. A native Spanish-speaker, Mr. Reichard obtained his J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Having been trained and holding a license in a Spanish-speaking, civil law jurisdiction, he is fluent in legal Spanish and able to draft and advocate in Spanish. Mr. Reichard obtained his B.A. from Harvard University and also possesses a Master of Laws in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Reichard has AM-Law 200 law firm experience and has represented major, national lending institutions and insurance corporations. He also has practiced securities arbitration, representing investors in broker-dealer disputes.
Mr. Reichard has spent considerable time living and working abroad, is fluent in French, proficient in Portuguese, and speaks basic Italian. Prior to entering law school, he worked for a former President of the United States and a national presidential political campaign. He likes to remain active in the community by serving as a volunteer interviewer for the Harvard College Office of Admissions.
